Fuchs Building Early

Level 3
Carol Fuchs
Carol Fuchs

Over at Heather Alcorn's table, who made the final table in this event last year, 2015 WSOP bracelet winner Carol Fuchs was tangling in a pot with Justin Bishop. Bishop drew two on the first draw and Fuchs one. Bishop then check-called a bet.

On the second draw, both players drew one and checked the action. After drawing one each again on the final draw, Bishop checked, Fuchs bet, and Bishop called.

Fuchs rolled over 8x6x5x3x2x and Bishop mucked.

Park Pads His Stack

Level 4

Tara Dunn raised on the button and was called by Brandon Shack-Harris in the small blind and Hye Park in the big blind for a three-way pot.

Shack-Harris and Dunn drew three while Park took two off on the first draw. Shack-Harris then led out for a bet and was raised by Park. Dunn called cold and Shack-Harris made it three bets to go. Park and Dunn both called.

Everyone drew one on the second draw and Shack-Harris checked to Park, who bet. Both Dunn and Shack-Harris called.

On the final draw, Shack-Harris and Dunn requested one and Park stood pat. Park made a bet, which got a call from Dunn and a fold from Shack-Harris.

Park fanned out 8x5x4x3x2x and Dunn said, "Nice hand," before sending her hand into the muck.

Okuda Back to Even

Level 4

Kazuhito Okuda raised first to act and was called by Daniel Martin from directly behind, Shaun Deeb in the cutoff, and Robert Mizrachi in the big blind for a four-way pot.

Mizrachi, Martin, and Deeb all drew three and Okuda drew one. Mizrachi then checked to Okuda, who bet. Martin and Deeb called, but Mizrachi check-raised and Okuda made it three bets to go. Martin and Deeb let their hands go and Mizrachi called.

On the second draw, Mizrachi drew one and Okuda stood pat. Mizrachi then check-called a bet from Okuda.

The same drawing action happened on the final round and Mizrachi again check-called a bet.

Okuda annoucned "Eight-six" and turned over 8x6x4x3x2x as advertised. Mizrachi re-checked his cards and sent them into the muck.
