Wagner Shakes Off All But Cummings

Level 17

Thomas Fuller raised and got three callers in Aaron Cummings, Michael Wagner and Christopher Claassen.

All four players drew two cards. "Fair," said Wagner as action checked to him and he bet. All three opponents called.

On second draw, Claassen drew two, Fuller drew one, Cummings drew two and Wagner drew one. Again it checked to Wagner who bet, and got three calls.

On the final draw, everyone drew one apart from Wagner who stood pat. Again it checked to him and he bet. Claassen and Fuller both folded, but Cummings stuck around and pondered his decision. He called, but mucked when Wagner tabled 7x6x5x4x2x

Mueller in the Red Zone

Level 17

Greg "FBT" Mueller was tangling in a hand against Brian Tate when action was picked up on the second draw. Mueller drew one and Tate stood pat. Mueller called a bet from Tate and drew one going into the final draw, with Tate staying pat.

"You know what? I don't want to get raised, so I check," Mueller quipped. Tate quickly checked behind.

"What do I need to beat?" Mueller inquired.

"Eight," Tate responded.

"Eight what?" Mueller insisted.

Tate indicated that any eight would be sufficient, and Mueller fanned out his hand to see if he had gotten there. However, he had paired his trey instead with 3x3x8x4x2x and slipped to a mere four bigs.

Brunner up Big After Massive Four-Way Clash

Level 17
Brian Brunner
Brian Brunner

Colton Blomberg raised first to act and was called by Brian Brunner in the cutoff. Michael Smith made it three bets to go from the small blind and Jay Kerbel called cold in the big blind. Blomberg then four-bet and everyone called for a bloated four-way pot.

Smith and Blomberg drew one while Kerbel and Brunner took two off on the first draw. Smith then led out for a bet, which was raised by Kerbel. Blomberg made it three bets and Brunner called cold. Smith got out of the way and Kerbel called.

On the second draw, Kerbel and Brunner stood pat and Blomberg drew one. It was then checked to Brunner, who bet. Kerbel folded and Blomberg called.

Both players stood pat on the final draw and Blomberg bet. Brunner raised and Blomberg three-bet. Brunner just called and Blomberg revealed 8x6x5x3x2x. Brunner fanned out 7x5x4x3x2x for the wheel and explained he thought there was one more draw — hence why he didn't raise.

In any case, Brunner was sent the massive pot.
