Philip Sternheimer opened the hijack to 25,000 and was called by Benny Glaser in the small blind and Bryce Yockey in the big blind.

Both Glaser and Yockey took one and Sternheimer stood pat. Glaser then led for 90,000, the size of the pot, before Yockey raised to 300,000. Sternheimer quickly got out of the way and Glaser followed suit after a minute's tank.

The next hand, Sternheimer opened to 25,000 from under the gun, Glaser three-bet to 85,000 from the button, and Sternheimer called.

Sternheimer took one and Glaser stood pat. Sternheimer had a peek at his new card before he led for 125,000, and Glaser swiftly folded.

On the J97 flop, Smith check-called a bet of 30,000 from Gorodinsky.

The turn brought the 3. Smith checked again to Gorodinsky who sized up to 110,000. Smith took some time for some chip inventory before he announced a pot-sized raise to 465,000, leaving himself just 43,000 chips behind. Gorodinsky would let it go without much resistance as Smith dragged one without showdown.

Action picked up on fifth after two bets went in from each player on fourth. Yoon led with the lowest board, Sternheimer folded, and Katz called all-in for his final 19,000.

Yoon had a made eight against the nine draw of Katz, who needed a lot of help to survive. On sixth, Katz caught a Qx and Yoon caught a 2x to leave Katz drawing dead as he wished his opponents farewell.

Both players checked the A turn. Mizrachi then led out for 80,000 on the 9 river and Klodnicki tanked for a minute before calling.

"You're good. Sevens," Mizrachi said as he showed 77, but Klodnicki, who finished runner-up to Mizrachi in this in 2012, had QQ72 to win the pot.
