David Chen raised to 50,000 on the button and Thomas Eychenne called from the big blind. The flop came 8♥8♣6♠ and both players checked to the 5♣ on the turn.
Eychenne led out with a bet of 75,000 and Chen called to see the A♣ on the river. Eychenne checked this time and Chen put out a bet of 150,000, which prompted a snap-fold from Eychenne.
Artur Martirosian raised to 50,000 on the button and Chance Kornuth three-bet to 175,000. Martirosian made the call and the two were off to a flop with 350,000 in the middle.
The flop was Q♣8♣5♦ and Kornuth checked. Martirosian fired out 105,000, which was called.
The two players then checked the K♣ turn, and the river put a fourth club on the board in the form of the 5♣. Kornuth bet 75,000 and Martirosian called. Chance showed 8♠8♦ for a flopped set, and that won him the pot.
Despite this setback, Martirosian has made up some ground on Kornuth.
David Chen continues to chip up against Thomas Eychenne.
The hand began with a raise to 55,000 by Eychenne, leading to a call from Chen.
The flop of J♣J♠K♥ led to a check from Chen. Eychenne wagered 30,000 before Chen opted to check-raise to 110,000. Eychenne called the raise to head to a turn.
Chen slid out 200,000 on the 8♠ turn. Eychenne responded with a quick fold.

A completed board of 9♥6♠3♦2♠K♠ was spread across the felt with a little over 500,000 in the middle already. Harvey Castro was first to act and ripped all in for around 560,000. Aliaksei Boika asked for a count and then used a single chip to call.
Castro reluctantly turned over 7♠4♦ for a missed straight draw and just seven-high while Boika tabled 3♥2♣ for two pair to earn the pot and the victory.
Mike Shi raised on the button to 40,000 and Patrick Leonard reraised to 105,000 from the big blind. Shi called.
The flop came 9♠3♣2♣ and Leonard continued for 45,000. Shi once again made the call.
The K♦ turn saw Leonard bet again, this time 60,000. Shi stuck around and the two went off to the river.
The A♠ fell on the river and Leonard bet 100,000. Shi called pretty quickly. Leonard revealed K♠J♠ and that had Shi's K♣7♣ outkicked.
The dealer counted down Shi's stack and he was left with just 7,000 chips. "No offense to you, but if I don't win now I'm never playing poker again", Leonard declared.
Shi was forced all in from the big blind in the very next hand.

The board ran out with the 10♦4♦3♠K♠A♣ and we don't have to hold Patrick Leonard to that declaration.

The turn was the 6♥ and Kornuth checked this time. Martirosian tossed in a bet of 80,000 and Kornuth stuck around for the 5♠ on the river. Kornuth checked again and Martirosian moved all in for 258,000. Kornuth asked for a count and then dipped into the tank for a minute before finally folding.
With roughly 350,000 in the pot, David Chen bet 100,000 on the board of 5♠6♥7♣9♥.
Eychenne responded with a call to head to a river.
Chen chose to bet again in the 5♦ river for 150,000.
Eychenne did not take long to call.
Chen showed A♦9♣ for top pair.
Eychenne showed the straight with A♠8♦.
Aliaksei Boika opened to 40,000 on the button and Harvey Castro three-bet to 200,000 in the big blind. Boika four-bet shoved all in for 709,000 and Castro quickly called.

Not only did Boika have the better pocket pair, but he also both of the suits covered. The board ran out 3♣2♥2♣3♥10♣ and Boika held on to double up, taking back the chip lead.
