Nali Phommavong opened to 3,000 from cutoff and got a three-bet from Seina Asagiri to 6,000 in cutoff. Elfin Lin in the big blind called. Phommavong, however, decided to four-bet shove for 23,400 pushing Asagiri out of the way. Lin asked for a count then made the call taking them to showdown.

Elfin Lin: JJ

The flop dropped 3QQ which maintained Lin's lead. Phommavong could still turn things around if she hit one of her cards on the board but the runout 49 didn't help her at all. Phommavong left the table as the pot was pushed towards Lin.

Nakagawa Scores an Upset, Eliminates Two

Level 9 : Blinds 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

Action was picked up with three women - Molissa Farber, Marian Myszkowski and Elisa Nakagawa - on their feet with their cards and chips in the middle of the table for a three-way all-in showdown.

Marian Myszkowski: AJ All in
Molissa Farber: KK All in
Elisa Nakagawa: 55

The moment the hands were tabled, Nakagawa joked about changing her mind and reclaiming her chips. However, the 1085 flop gave her a set, moving her into the lead. Farber still had minimal outs that could turn things around.

The A turn gave Myszkowski additional outs with a flush draw. But the river 4 ended the wait and sealed both Myszkowski's and Farber's fate of getting eliminated from the tournament. Nakagawa, happily surprised, scooped the pot as the other two players left the table.
