Dhaliwal Scoops Multi-Way with Two Pair

Level 18

Stud Hi-Lo

Timothy Wong: XxXx / 4558 / Xx
Sukhpaul Dhaliwal: XxXx / 73A10 / Xx
Thomas Taylor: XxXx / K10A3 / Xx

Dhaliwal limped first to act, Nicolas Yunis limped with the J, Taylor completed, Wong defended his bring-in, Dhaliwal called, and Yunis folded.

Taylor checked to Wong on fourth who bet and both opponents called.

Wong made open fives on fifth and checked. Dhaliwal bet and both called again.

The same action occurred on sixth with Wong betting before seventh street checked through. Wong tabled A84 for two pair, eights and fives, but he was no good against the 1076 in the hole for Dhaliwal, who had a better two pair with tens and sevens, and Taylor mucked as Dhaliwal collected a pot worth 195,000.

Jonathan Glendinning: 8x7x4x2x

Glendinning drew a Jx but Schoonbaert caught a 7x to make number four and double up.

Bronstein Earns a Pot After Two Lengthy Tanks

Level 18
Noah Bronstein
Noah Bronstein

2-7 Triple Draw

Amauri Grutka raised from the cutoff and was three-bet by Matt Vengrin in the small blind. Noah Bronstein called cold in the big blind and Grutka called as well.

Vengrin and Bronstein drew one on the first draw while Grutka took two off. Vengrin bet and both Bronstein and Grutka called.

On the second draw, Vengrin stood pat, Bronstein drew one, and Grutka drew two again. Bronstein and Grutka then called another bet from Vengrin.

Everyone stood pat on the final draw and Vengrin checked to Bronstein, who bet. Grutka folded after tanking for a bit and Vengrin followed suit after tanking for a couple of minutes.

"Tell me this is a good fold," Vengrin said as he fanned out an eighty-seven.

"That's a good fold," Bronstein replied.

At another table, Mark Rubbathan was eliminated.

Billirakis Takes from Blomberg

Level 17

Limit Hold'Em

Steve Billirakis raised in the small blind, and Colton Blomberg called.

On the A10376 board, Billirakis bet all three streets, and Blomberg called him down.

Billirakis showed A4 for top pair, and Blomberg mucked. These two players both sit with above average stacks, and it will be interesting to see if they tangle in any more hands moving forward.
