It folded to Sandy Sanchez in the small blind, who potted to 12,000. David Rodgers repotted to 36,000 from the big blind, Sanchez raised, and Rodgers called all in for 38,500 total.
David Rodgers: A♥K♠J♥8♠
Sandy Sanchez: K♥K♦Q♦2♠
Both players woke up with premium hands in the blinds as the A♦10♥2♣ flop gave Rodgers a pair of aces and a gutter against the pocket kings, bottom pair, and gutter of Sanchez. The board ran out 5♥9♦ as Rodgers held on to double his short stack shortly before the break.
Christian Malick: Q♦5♦ / 4♦4♥5♣Q♥ / 8♦
Arash Asadabadi: 3♥6♥ /K♥6♠J♠9♣ / 3♠

Malick's two pair were enough for him to score the double up.

Mark Rubbathan raised on the button and Michael Estes defended his big blind.
Estes checked to Rubbathan, who continued for a bet on the J♥9♦K♥ flop. Estes asked to see how much Rubbathan had behind and raised. Rubbathan reraised all in for 23,000 total and Estes called to put him at risk.
Mark Rubbathan: K♣K♠
Michael Estes: 9♥7♠
"That's a good hand," Estes said with a laugh.
The 8♠ turn improved Estes to a gutshot and Estes started shouting "Ten! Ten!"
However, it wasn't meant to be as the 5♦ river bricked out — awarding Rubbathan the double.
Limit Hold'em
Gennady Shimelfarb raised from the hijack, Noah Bronstein three-bet from the button, Shimelfarb made it four bets, and Bronstein called.
On the 9♦9♣3♠ flop, Shimelfarb led and Bronstein called.
The turn brought the 4♣. Shimelfarb led again and Bronstein called all in for his final 13,000.
Noah Bronstein: A♠A♣
Gennady Shimelfarb: K♥K♦
It was a cooler scenario with the chips destined to find their way into the middle. Shimelfarb had just two outs to eliminate Bronstein, which he could not find on the 6♦ river as Bronstein found the full double.
Pot-Limit Omaha
Elaine Rawn raised to 12,000 on the button and Brandon Shack-Harris defended his big blind.
The flop came K♣9♣K♥ and Shack-Harris checked to Rawn, who continued for 20,000. Shack-Harris made it 50,000 to go and Rawn immediately announced she was all in, which was enough to put Shack-Harris all in for his last 100,000.
Shack-Harris thought better of it and let his hand go — conceding the pot to Rawn.
Matthew Schultz: 10♥7♥ / 9♥K♣J♦4♦ / 2♥

Mcqullian bet on the river, and Natress folded. Mcquillian had queens and nines, and that was good enough to win him the pot.
Michael Mizrachi could be just hours away from pulling off what many will likely consider the greatest accomplishment in poker history.
"The Grinder" enters Day 5 on Saturday as the chip leader in Event #66: $50,000 Poker Players Championship at the 2025 World Series of Poker (WSOP). He's among the seven remaining players out of the original 107 chasing the gold bracelet and the $1,331,322 first-place prize.
Mizrachi could win his seventh bracelet, something only 12 others have accomplished. But there's more at stake for the poker legend who wasn't even nominated as a Poker Hall of Fame finalist this year.
