More Chips for Wang

Level 29 : Blinds 80,000/160,000, 160,000 ante

The action folded around to Michael Zulker in the small blind who just limped in. Michael Wang raised to 480,000 in the big blind and Zulker called. The flop came 952 and Zulker check-folded to a bet of 550,000 from Wang.

On the next hand, Wang limped in from the small blind and Simeon Tsonev made it 480,000 in the big blind. Wang called and the dealer fanned a similar flop of J52. Both players checked and the 7 landed on the turn.

Wang checked again and Tsonev dropped in a bet of 300,000. Wang called and the A completed the board. Both players tapped the table again and Wang turned over 10822 for a set of deuces and the best hand.

Jorryt van Hoof Eliminated in 10th Place ($84,191)

Level 29 : Blinds 80,000/160,000, 160,000 ante
Jorryt van Hoof
Jorryt van Hoof

Jorryt van Hoof raised it up to 560,000 on the button and fellow countryman Javier Francort three-bet to 1,760,000. It folded back to van Hoof, who glanced back at the tournament info screen and eventually jammed for around 2,000,000 to get called instantly.

Jorryt van Hoof: KK53 All in
Javier Francort: AA97

The A84 flop left van Hoof in rough shape and he needed a deuce or running cards to survive. Nothing changed on the 5 turn and the 4 river only improved Francort to aces full. Both Dutch players exchanged words in their native language before parting ways.

Without stacking up the chips from the elimination, Francort instantly ran towards the bathroom while "TheCleaner11" van Hoof left the tournament area. The nine remaining players will now redraw to the unofficial nine-handed final table.

Erik Seidel opened to 560,000 from early position and Quan Zhou defended from the big blind.

The flop came 793 and Zhou shoved. Seidel had around 400,000 behind and called, putting himself at risk.

Quan Zhou: QQ94

Seidel was ahead with the better overpair and the K turn changed nothing for either player. The Q river gave Zhou a set of queens to send the Poker Hall of Famer to the rail and win the hand.
