Brad Jansen called on the button with Kevin Ward calling behind him in the small blind while Michael Krescanko Jr checked his option in the big blind.

"I'm a favorite to improve," said Krescanko as he drew four while his two opponents drew three each. Ward checked over to Krescanko who bet 600 and only Jansen called.

Both players drew one and Krescanko checked over to Jansen who bet 2,000 and Krescanko called.

On the final draw, both players stood pat and checked and Krescanko's 9x7x4x3x2x was good for the pot.

Craig Chait raised to 1,100 in the hijack and Todd Rodenborn called in the big blind.

Rodenborn drew two while Chait stood pat and Rodenborn check-called a bet from Chait to the tune of 2,500.

On the second draw, Rodenborn drew one while Chait stood pat and Rodenborn check-called a second bet from Chait, this time to the tune of 5,000.

The final draw saw Rodenborn stand pat and Chait drew one. Rodenborn checked over to Chait who bet 9,000 and Rodenborn called.

Chait turned over 8x6x4x3x2x, but it was no good against Rodenborn's 8x5x4x3x2x.

Action was caught on the completed board of J45107. Dominick Sarle checked from the hijack, and Philip Hui fired out a bet of 17,000 into a pot of around 25,000.

Sarle mulled over his options before putting the call.

"Queen-high," announced Hui, who was left with around 5,000 after Sarle tabled 87 for a pair of sevens.

The following hand, Hui moved all-in and Colton Blomberg called from the small blind.

"I've got it," said Blomberg, who tabled KK, ahead of Hui's Q10.

Hui was drawing dead after the 422 flop and 3 turn, and he headed to the reentry desk after the dealer dealt the river.

Joseph Couden opened to 1,400 from the hijack before Michael Byers three-bet to 5,000 from the cutoff. Tomer Daniel called off his stack for less from the small blind.

Byers only had a couple thousand heading to the 975 flop. Couden put Byers all-in, with the latter calling for his tournament life.

Action was picked up on the flop in a pot between Arthur Morris in first position, Ali Eslami in the hijack, Robert Gussoni in the small blind, and Travis Pearson in the big blind.

The flop read 9410 and action checked around to Morris who bet the pot of 6,800 and only Eslami called.

On the turn 3, Morris moved all in for 16,000 total and Eslami folded.

"I had a lot of medium things," said Morris as he flashed 106.

"The turn was what you needed," replied Eslami, continuing on to say that he had Morris beat on the flop.

"It's so much more fun to be lucky than good," Morris responded as he raked in the pot.
