Kadur Wins With Better Ace-High

Level 39 : Blinds 600,000/1,200,000, 1,200,000 ante

Nicolas Godard completed in the small blind and Ran Kadur raised to 4,200,000 in the big blind. Godard called.

Both players checked on the 668 flop and again on the 7 turn. Both players checked again on the 2 river and Godard showed A10 for ace-high, but it was no good against the better ace-high of Kadur with AK.

Kadur Wins a Flip the Hard Way

Level 39 : 600,000/1,200,000, 1,200,000 ante
Ran Kadur

Daniel Schill raised the button to 2,400,000 and Ran Kadur shoved for around 18,000,000 from the big blind. Schill snap-called.

Ran Kadur: 77 All in
Daniel Schill: AQ

Kadur was flipping for his tournament life, but was left fighting for survival after the AQ6 flop gave Schill two pair. However, Kadur hit the jackpot on the 7 turn as he made three sevens, sending him into the lead. Schill did have outs, but the 2 river wasn't one of them, which meant Kadur doubled up.

"This is my hand. I never lose with this hand," said Kadur after the hand.

"You gotta win your flips," replied Schill as he shipped over a chunk of his stack.

Godard Good at Showdown

Level 38 : Blinds 500,000/1,000,000, 1,000,000 ante

Nicolas Godard opened to 2,000,000 in the hijack and Jorge Dominguez called in the small blind as Daniel Schill defended his big blind.

The flop of Q4K checked through and the three players checked again on the 4 turn and 9 river.

Dominguez showed AxJx, but it was no good against the 88 of Godard to win the pot.

Jorge Dominguez limped in from the small blind and Daniel Schill made it 3,000,000 to go from the big blind. Dominguez called.

On the 9Q5 flop, Dominguez check-folded to a bet of 2,700,000 from Schill. Though, it wasn't all bad news for Dominguez as he shoved from the button in the next hand for 17,500,000 and picked up the blinds.

After that, Nick Ahmadi raised to 2,300,000 from under the gun and Ran Kadur called in the big blind.

Both checked the 675 flop to the 8 turn, where Kadur fired 1,500,000. Ahmadi called.

A Q hit the river and Kadur quickly knuckled the table, only to then face a bet of 6,800,000 from Ahmadi. Kadur went into the tank for around 90 seconds and ultimately elected to fold.

Level 38 : Blinds 500,000/1,000,000, 1,000,000 ante

Ran Kadur completed in the small blind and Nick Ahmadi checked his option in the big blind.

Kadur bet 1,500,000 on the flop of 874 and Ahmadi called. Kadur then sized up to 2,500,000 on the J turn and Ahmadi again called.

The 4 river completed the board and Kadur put out a final bet of 6,500,000. Ahmadi laid it down.

Godard Gets Paid With a Flush

Level 38 : Blinds 500,000/1,000,000, 1,000,000 ante

Daniel Schill made it 2,700,000 to go from the small blind and Nicolas Godard called in the big blind.

On the Q34 flop, Schill fired a continuation-bet of 1,700,000, which Godard called.

Both tapped the table on the J turn and when the 4 paired the board on the river, Schill checked. Godard took some time before he bet 6,500,000, and within around ten seconds, Schill called.

Godard immediately tabled A6 for the nut flush, and Schill sent his cards into the muck.

Jason Li Eliminated in 6th Place ($64,477)

Level 38 : Blinds 500,000/1,000,000, 1,000,000 ante
Jason Li

Daniel Schill opened to 2,000,000 in the hijack and Jason Li three-bet jammed his stack of less than five big blinds from the big blind. Schill called to put Li at risk.

Jason Li: Q10 All in
Daniel Schill: AJ

The flop of 9K2 didn't change much but the 10 turn gave Li a short-lived lead before the 6 river gave Schill a flush to confirm Li as the first elimination of the day.

Dominguez Holds as Li Left With Five Bigs

Level 38 : Blinds 500,000/1,000,000, 1,000,000 ante
Jorge Dominguez

After a few walks, small pots, and not a lot of action, it folded to Jason Li in the small blind, who shoved for around 18,000,000. Jorge Dominguez was in the big blind and after looking at his stack, he put in the call with his 13,500,000.

Jorge Dominguez: KJ All in
Jason Li: J2

Li was dominated by the hand of Dominguez, and didn't find much to work with on the 8A7 flop. A J on the turn gave both players a pair of jacks and brought around some chop possibilities, but the Q river was a brick, which doubled up Dominguez.
