Not a Chop

Level 16 : Blinds 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante

Ronald Fernandez opened to 12,000 and got an all-in shove for 106,000 from Mykhailo Lendel on the button. Justin Sharpe in the big blind shoved as well, pushing Fernandez out of the pot and taking Lendel to showdown.

Mykhailo Lendel: AK All in
Justin Sharpe: AK

The moment the hands were tabled players were slightly disappointed as they expected a chop. But the board ran K764K giving Lended a flush and a double up.

Level 16 : Blinds 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante

After receiving the action, Elwood Gray bet 12,000 from the button with a pot of 30,000 and a flop of J510. Claudiu-Mihai Burlacu in the big blind, called to see the next street.

The turn fell 2 and Burlacu check-called Gray's bet of 22,000. On the river 4 Burlacu led with 50,000 and Gray called.

Tarlo Eliminated One from Stone Bubble

Level 17 : Blinds 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante

Just two players away from making the money, sparks flew at table #139. Thi Ngo opened the betting with a raise to 13,000, before Jeremy Van Der Linden on her direct left three bet to 35,000, before Antoine Winfield ripped all in for 51,000. Van Der Linden called, and the two went to showdown on the floor's signal.

Antoine Winfield : 55 All in
Jeremy Van Der Linden: A3

The board took no prisoners, as Winfield didn't hold on the 27KJ10 runout, to multiple "ooooh"s from the table. "That's the nuts!" announced one of the players.

Troha and Nennstiel Bubble Boys

Level 17 : Blinds 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante
Sean Troha
Sean Troha

Daniel Schill opened the action on the stone with a raise to 15,000 under the gun. Sean Troha then shoved his remaining 35,000 on the button, and Schill was "priced in" to make the call. The two waited for floor direction to table their hands.

Sean Troha: JJ All in
Daniel Schill: A4

Troha was far ahead, but the table started to get rowdy as the dealer put out the 283 flop. Schill wasted no time in wiping his opponent's equity, as he locked it on the 5 turn, making the 3 river inconsequential.

Hand 2:

Yang Lei open ripped 300,000 from early position, and Carson Nennstiel made the call from the small blind.

Carson Nennstiel: AK All in
Yang Lei: A6

It was an awful start for Nennstiel, as the flop came J36, and he stone bubbled alongside as the board ran out 56.

Duong Connects After Five-bet

Level 17 : Blinds 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante

Thanh Duong and Francisco Martin-Romo went back-and-forth and back-and-forth. At some point all the chips were going in.

Martin-Romo started with a raise from the small blind to 16,000, Duong raised to 32,000 in middle position, Martin-Romo made it 75,000, Duong came back with 200,000, enough to put Martin-Romo (140,000 remaining) all in.

Francisco Martin-Romo: QQAll in
Thanh Duong: AJ

It didn't take long for Duong to grab the lead, as the window card was an ace. The full runout 2KA36 gave Martin-Romo a massive stack, and sent Martin-Romo home as play for the day came to a close.
