A Few Easy Pickups

Level 20 : Blinds 8,000/16,000, 16,000 ante

Karl T Pineault opened to 32,000 from middle position and Leonardo Rizzo called the small blind.

The K43 flop saw Pineault bet 27,000 and Rizzo folded, leaving Pineult to pick up a small pot.

A table across, Diego Poncedeleonsilva opened to 32,000 from the cutoff and Ivan Ruban raised to 100,000 on the button. Poncedeleonsilva called.

The 5JQ flop was checked by Poncedeleonsilva and Ruban bet 80,000. Poncedeleonsilva quickly folded.

Huang Wins Big, Eliminates King

Level 20 : Blinds 8,000/16,000, 16,000 ante

Kevin Huang opened with 32,000 in cutoff and got a three-bet from Andrew King in the small blind to 130,000. Huang shoved all in for almost 600,000, and King snap-called, putting his tournament life on the line.

Andrew King: AK All in
Kevin Huang: QQ

The board ran 39872 and when the last card dropped, Huang couldn't contain his joy and made a fist pump for the massive win.

Robert Brooks, directly to Huang's right, was stating he didn't like the table anymore as two eliminations happened within the same level. He looked at Huang's stack and said, "I am not okay with this."

Rockets, Cowboys and Ladies

Level 21 : Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

There was quite a commotion at Table 402 in Horseshoe Blue, as a huge cooler had just taken place after a trap set by Assaf Zeharia. Action was recounted by players at the table as follows.

Palvinder Brar opened the action with a raise to 32,000 from early position, and Zeharia smooth-called. Shay Cohen then shoved all in from the button for around 250,000, and Brar did the same, except his was for just under 400,000. Zeharia called, showing that his plan had worked exactly how he wished.

Shay Cohen: QQ All in
Palvinder Brar: KK All in
Assaf Zeharia: AA

It seemed as though Zeharia had flopped the other two dead, as the dealer put out JA9. However, both players picked up outs on the Q turn as Cohen could now win with quads, and Brar had a gutshot. They both missed on the J river as the hand ended in boat over boat, as Brar had the worst of it with two pair.

Zengovski Fell Off Mcpeake

Level 21 : Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

Felix Mcpeake opened on the button, and Toni Zengovski three-bet the big blind to 130,000 and Mcpeake called.

The 28A flop was bet by Zengovski to 62,000, and Mcpeake called.

Zengovski bet 140,000 on the 9 turn, and Mcpeake took some time before calling.

The 7 fell on the river, and Zengovski moved half his remaining stack, 128,000, into the middle, leaving just 150,000 behind. Mcpeake went into the tank and took around three minutes, but eventually flicked in a chip to call.

Zengovski instantly mucked, and no cards were shown, with Mcpeake taking down the pot.

Shane Luhr

Shane Luhr opened to 55,000 under the gun and when action folded to the cutoff, Diego Poncedeleonsilva shoved all in for around 350,000, sending Luhr to the tank.

After some time, Luhr looked up at ceiling and said, "Okay, God," put his hands together as if in prayer, then made the call.

Diego Poncedeleonsilva: AJ All in
