Bleznick Attempts a Round of Straddles

Level 4 : Blinds 3,000/5,000, 5,000 ante
Jared Bleznick
Jared Bleznick

As this hand was being dealt, Jared Bleznick was trying to coax the players into a round of straddles, but no one complied.

Martin Dam limped in from middle position before Bleznick raised to 15,000 from the hijack. Stephen Chidwick called on the button, Robert Cowen called from the small blind, Arthur Morris defended his big blind, and Dam also called.

Five ways to the 72Q flop that got checked around for the J to fall on the turn. After four checks, Bleznick bet 80,000. Chidwick folded before Cowen check-raised to 325,000. Everyone, including Bleznick, let go of their hand, and Cowen earned the pot.
