Leah Spikes the River to Double

Level 15

No-Limit Hold'em

Sean Steffens opened the button to 7,000 before Mike Leah jammed for 46,500 from the big blind. Steffens would go deep in the tank for almost two minutes before he elected to call for the majority of his stack.

Mike Leah: A4 All in

Steffens was primed for the knockout but the KQJ flop gave Leah a gutter to go along with his overcard. Nothing changed on the 6 turn until the 10 river gave Leah broadway and left Steffens on crumbs.

Badeucy

Dennis Eichhorn bet on the button after the first draw and Phil Hellmuth called in the big blind.

Eichhorn then drew two and Hellmuth one. Eichhorn bet and Hellmuth called as both players drew one. Hellmuth then checked to Eichhorn.

"I'm not even going to try to bluff," Eichhorn said, checking behind. Hellmuth showed Q7542, while Eichhorn had 75542. Hellmuth took half the pot with his queen-low, while they had the same three-card Badugi and chopped the other half.
