Malinov Hits Quads
Level 3
: Blinds 200/400, 400 ante
Atanas Malinov opened to 1,000 from the cutoff and was called by Nicholas Schwarmann who defended from the big blind.
The dealer fanned a flop of Q♥Q♦9♦ and Malinov continued for 800. Schwarmann check-called.
Malinov fired a second barrel of 3,100 on the Q♠ turn, then bet 7,200 on the 7♠ river. Schwarmann called both times but mucked his cards after Malinov flipped over Q♣3♣ for quads.
