Chen and Angelil Playing Street Poker

Level 14 : Blinds 3,000/5,000, 5,000 ante

On a board of 957J6, there were around 70,000 chips in the pot when Yosef Negussie bet 40,000 from the big blind and Isaac Baron put in a raise to 115,000 on the button.

Negussie thought about it for a while, but eventually decided to give it up.

On a table nearby, another big pot was brewing. The board read Q10AJ with around 220,000 in the pot and both Yuhang Chen in the cutoff and Rene-Charles Angelil on the button checked.

A 2 dropped on the river and again both decided to knuckle it to showdown.

Chen showed A5 for a pair of aces, but Angelil flipped QJ for two pair to scoop it.

"Wow, you boys are playing some street poker," said one of the table.
