Schmitz Duck, Duck, Out
Level 19
: Blinds 10,000/15,000, 15,000 ante
Action folded to Derek Alley in the small blind, who glanced at Orion Schmitz's stack and raised enough to put him all in. Schmitz looked at his cards and made the call, putting his tournament life on the line.
Orion Schmitz: 2♠2♣
Derek Alley: J♣10♠
The flop already minimized Schmitz's hopes as it showed K♥5♥10♦, giving Alley the better pair. The K♦ turn and the 6♠ couldn't improve Schmitz's hand, and he was sent to the rail.
