Schulze Goes Thin Against Power

Chad Power limped in from the small blind with A♦J♥ and Sebastian Schulze checked his option in the big blind holding 5♦4♥.
They went to a flop of K♣K♦7♠, where Power fired 80,000 and Schulze called with just five-high. A 2♦ hit the turn and Power decided to check, then Schulze bet 205,000. Power called.
Schuzle paired his four with the 4♠ river and after Power checked, Schulze put out 620,000.
"What's the worst hand you would bet that much with?" asked Power. Schulze didn't respond and Power eventually laid it down.
