Wasnock Fills Up to Send Yang Home

Level 27 : Blinds 50,000/100,000, 100,000 ante

John Wasnock opened 1010 to 250,000 from the hijack and Kai Yang called in the big blind with QJ.

Both flopped well on 3910 as Yang hit an open-ender and Wasnock made top set. Yang checked it over and Wasnock continued with a bet of 200,000. Yang had 1,300,000 in his stack and made it 775,000, Wasnock shoved, and yang called off the rest.

Yang needed a king or an eight, but was left dead on the 9 turn as Wasnock made a boat. A Q on the river was just a formality, and Yang headed to the exit just before dinner.
