Merson and Bogarin Both Flop Top Pair

Level 28 : Blinds 60,000/120,000, 120,000 ante

Greg Merson limped in with AQ from middle position and Derek Sudell also called from the hijack with K10. Jose Bogarin checked his option in the big blind with Q6.

They saw a flop of 87Q, which checked around to the 2 on the turn. When it got to Merson, he fired out 700,000 and only Sudell called.

A A on the river brought in the front door flush draw, but neither player held a spade in their hand. Merson went with a sizing of 1,300,000, which drew a quick fold out of Sudell.
