Kassouf Takes From Nemetz
Level 31
: Blinds 125,000/250,000, 250,000 ante
Stefan Nemetz raised to 500,000 first to act with the Q♠Q♥ and Will Kassouf called in the big blind as the flop brought A♥8♣7♦. The check of Kassouf led to Nemeth's bet of 300,000 and Kassouf gave him a stare down for a couple of seconds before coming along.
The 8♦ followed on the turn and Kassouf checked amid a growing rail on the right feature table. Nemetz checked it back to the 6♥ river and Kassouf went into the tank while staring at the board and his opponent. Both checked again and Kassouf won the pot with the A♠10♥ for aces and eights.
