Afriat Checking On Correia's Results
Ruben Correia opened to 800,000 on the button and Eric Afriat called in the small blind. Nazar Buhaiov also came along from the big blind.
The trio saw a flop of 4♠K♦Q♣, which checked to Correia. He bet 1,100,000, Afriat folded, and Buhaiov called.
A J♥ hit the turn and again Buhaiov checked, and Correia bet 2,000,000. Buhaiov had just over 7,000,000 behind, but decided to fold, forfeiting the pot to Correia.
While the dealer was preparing the deck for the next hand, Afriat was taking a peek at Correia's profile on The Hendon Mob. He was surprised to see the total figure.
"Only $85k? You shouldn't be playing poker, you should be playing pickleball," joked Afriat. "Even my little sister has more cashes," he added.
Correia laughed along with his hefty stack of around 35,500,000 sitting in front of him.
