Afriat Not a Happy Bunny After Perati Rivers a Full House
Joseph Ozimok opened the action with a raise to 800,000 from middle position and Braxton Dunaway called in the cutoff. Muhamet Perati called on the button, and Eric Afriat called out of the big blind.
The quartet saw a flop of Q♣6♥7♣ hit the felt, which checked to Dunaway, who bet 1,400,000. Perati called, Afriat called, and Padron got out of the way.
All three checked the 5♠ turn to the 6♦ river, where Afriat led out for 2,500,000. Dunaway folded, but then Perati put in a big raise 9,200,000. Afriat didn't like what he saw and had around 10,000,000 in his stack, which meant the decision was for the bulk of it. After doing some inventory, Afriat called.
Perati then showed a full house with 7♥7♠, and Afriat thumped the table with his fist and mucked.
