Richard Freitas made it 800,000 to go from the button with the A♥K♣ and Sergio Veloso was curious enough to defend the big blind with his K♠6♣. The A♦A♠5♣ flop saw Veloso check-call for 500,000 and check again the 7♣ turn. Freitas upped his betting to 1,100,000 and that won the pot right there.
Chris Dombrowski then raised to 825,000 with 9♠9♦ and he called a three-bet to 2,000,000 by Luka Bojovic, who had the A♥8♥. The 5♠4♥3♥ flop saw Dombrowski check and Bojovic continued for 2,500,000 with his gutshot wheel draw and ace-high flush draw. After going deep into the tank, Dombrowski folded his overpair.
