Hands #35-36: Mizrachi Chips Up Before the First Break

Level 40 : Blinds 1,000,000/2,000,000, 2,000,000 ante

Hand #35: Michael Mizrachi raised to 4,000,000 first to act with 109 and won the blinds and big blind ante.

Hand #36: Kenny Hallaert picked up AK and raised to 5,000,000 in the cutoff, picking up two callers in the blinds in John Wasnock with KQ and Mizrachi holding 107.

The J107 flop was checked by all three players, and they headed to the 8 turn. Wasnock checked and Mizrachi bet 4,300,000, which Hallaert and Wasnock both called.

The 8 on the river then completed the board and Wasnock checked again. Mizrachi rechecked his cards and tapped the table as well, as did Hallaert. The two pair of Mizrachi was good enough to win the pot.
