Hands #49-53: Mizrachi Continues to Apply Pressure; Bojovic Keeps Sliding
Hand #49: It folded all the way to Kenny Hallaert in the small blind with Q♥8♥ and he checked the stack of Braxton Dunaway in the big blind carefully. Half a minute later, Hallaert raised to 31,000,000 and Dunaway folded.
Hand #50: Dunaway pushed all in from the small blind for 33,300,000 holding K♠10♠ and John Wasnock folded in the big blind.
Hand #51: Wasnock limped the small blind holding 10♥9♦ into the big blind of Michael Mizrachi with 9♥4♦, and the latter checked his option. On the Q♦10♠3♥ flop, Wasnock checked and instantly called when Mizrachi bet 2,000,000. The 7♦ turn was checked by Wasnock and Mizrachi checked it back to the 3♠ on the river.
Wasnock bet 3,000,000 and Mizrachi folded.
Hand #52: The action folded to Mizrachi in the small blind and he instantly raised big with 10♠8♥. Luka Bojovic only had 19,500,000 behind and reluctantly folded K♥4♥.
Hand #53: Wasnock min-raised the cutoff to 4,000,000 with 3♠3♦ and Mizrachi three-bet to 14,000,000 on the button holding A♥7♠. Both blinds folded and Wasnock called, bringing them to the 5♣4♥4♦ flop. Wasnock check-called for 8,500,000 and the 5♠ on the turn double-paired the board.
Wasnock checked again and Mizrachi continued to apply pressure with a second barrel for 20,000,000. That was enough to force out Wasnock, and Mizrachi motioned the success to his rail again.
