Jay Lu started the action by raising to 1,200 before the player immediately to his left three-bet to 3,000. Scott Blumstein then four-bet to 9,300, and action folded back to Lu.
After making some enquiries about the entirety of Blumstein's stack, Lu opted to five-bet all-in for 62,700. The three-bettor got out of the way, and after some deliberation, Blumstein elected to fold too.
Benjamin Gold raised to 1,200 on the button and called a three-bet of 5,500 from Faraz Jaka, who was in the big blind.
Gold then called a 3,500 bet from Jaka on the Q♦3♥2♥ flop and a 14,000 bet from Jaka on the K♦ turn.
The 2♠ completed the board and Jaka fired 30,000 into the middle. Gold then stuck a pile of t-25,000 chips into the middle, which was enough to put Jaka all in for his last 35,000 behind.
Jaka went deep into the tank and a couple of minutes went by without any action.
"Sorry guys, give me one more minute," Jaka said.
Jaka eventually committed his stack into the middle and Gold showed Q♥Q♣ for a full house.
Jaka showed he held 7♥2♦ for trip deuces and wished his tablemates good luck before exiting the tournament area.
Haoran Hu raised to 1,000 from under the gun and Joshua Kay called in the hijack. Joe Cada raised to 4,000 on the button and only Kay continued.
The flop rolled out 6♥4♣2♦ and Kay checked over to Cada who continued betting for 3,500, prompting Kay to move all in for 18,400 effective. Cada called to put his tournament life at risk.

An A♥ on the turn locked up the pot for Kay before the river 8♦ peeled off and the 2009 WSOP Main Event champion took his leave from the tournament.

While being filmed by Winamax's TV crew, Joao Vieira in the hijack three-bet after Koen Breed opened from middle position.
Breed called to find a flop of K♥2♠4♦ where Vieira made a continuation bet. Breed check-called, then on the 6♥ turn, Vieira fired a second barrel of 7,000. Breed check-called once more.
On the 6♦, Breed checked, Vieira moved all-in for 16,500 and Breed went deep into the tank before making the call.

Vieira was caught bluffing and was eliminated moments before the start of the dinner break.
Martin Kabrhel, who took down the $1,000 Mini Main Event just a couple hours ago, wasted little time before entering the Main Event and putting his chips to work.
In a recent hand, Mohammad Iqbal limped from middle position and Martin Kabrhel raised to 1,600 on the button.
"Please don't fold. I'm begging you not to fold!" Kabrhel pleaded after it was folded back to Iqbal, who complied and called.
Both players checked on the 7♠4♠8♦ flop and Iqbal checked again on the 3♣ turn. Kabrhel bet a bit over 6,000 and Iqbal quickly let his hand go.
"Very tough table," Kabrhel said as he collected the pot.
Three ways on a flop of 7♣2♣5♣, Leland Postil checked from under the gun to Benjamin Gold, who bet 3,500 from middle position. Faraz Jaka called from the hijack and Postil then check-raised to 8,000, which got a fold from Gold and a call from Jaka.
The Q♠ fell on the turn and Postil continued for 15,000, sending Jaka into the tank.
Jaka weighed his decision and then folded K♣10♣ face up for the second nut flush. Postil revealed 7♦7♠ for a set, which got a "Nice hand," from Jaka as Postil collected the pot.
Marios Savvides called in early position and in the cutoff, Ritvars Cekalins raised to 1,500 with Kristopher Rundquist calling behind him. In the big blind, Al Riccobono raised to 5,000, and Savvides put out a single 5,000 chip and said call. Realizing he had not seen the raise from Riccobono, he tossed his hand into the muck, and the floor was called over.
After much discussion between Savvides and the floor, it was ruled that the 5,000 had to stay out there. He then argued to get his cards back, pointing at the two cards that were mostly separated from the muck. He walked aside and told the floor exactly what his holdings were, and the floor confirmed it was the two cards. After Savvides got his two cards back, both Cekalins and Rundquist called behind, and the flop was seen by four players.
The flop rolled out A♦4♣9♠, and Riccobono bet 7,000 to see only Savvides call.
On the turn Q♣, Riccobono moved all in for 19,300 effective, and Savvides snap-called.

"That's ridiculous," screamed Savvides as he stood out of his chair, seeing that he was drawing dead to Riccobono's set of aces. The river 8♥ was a mere formality as Savvides screamed many expletives on his way out of the tournament.

The Q♠ completed the board and Sturm put a stack of chips into the middle, which was enough to put Siemsen all in for approximately 30,000 total.
"Not the best river, but..." Siemsen said as he put in a call.
Sturm turned over A♣4♣ for trip fours and Siemsen showed he held A♦A♥ before exiting the tournament area.
