John Pointer started the action under the gun with a 2,400 raise with J♦9♦ and got two callers in Ludovic Poullet on the button with 4♦4♣ and Gilad Rubinsky in the big blind with Q♠8♠.
The flop came Q♣2♠J♠ and all players checked. The 9♣ fell and Rubinsky bet 6,000 and got one caller in Pointer.
The river A♦ came and Rubinsky checked and Pointer checked after. Pointer scooped the pot for his two pair.
Shawn Partovi raised to 3,200 from under the gun and Michael Marder called on the button while Omid Nikzad called in the big blidn.
The flop rolled out A♥2♦7♦ and Nikzad checked to Partovi who bet 3,000 which only Marder called.
Partovi bet 12,000 on the 4♥ turn and Marder called once more.
On the river 2♣, Partovi bet 32,000 and Marder raised to 115,000. Partovi moved all in for 123,000 and Marder called to put him at risk.

The river had brought quad twos to Marder to eliminate Partovi from the tournament and bring Marder a healthy bundle of chips.
Sherisse Korfel shoved all-in for 7,700 in middle position and got c alled by small blind Craig Sloan taking them to showdown.

The flop came 3♥Q♠J♣ instantly pushing Korfel ahead with a pair. The runout A♣6♦ didn't change anything securing a double up for Korfel.
Ludovic Poullet under the gun started the action with a 2,400 raise holding K♦10♦. He got one customer in Gilad Rubinsky with J♥10♥ in middle position to see the flop.
The flop came down 6♦10♣7♣ and Poullet bet 2,100 and got called by Rubinsky. The turn Q♦ fell and Poullet continued with a 7,000 bet. Rubinsky stayed on and called.
Action slowed when both players checked the river Q♣. After the hands were tabled, Poullet scooped the pot with a pair of tens and the superior kicker.
Collin Ball started the action with a 2,500 raise holding Q♥Q♦ in middle position. Jose Lesta with K♠K♥ and in hijack called. In cutoff, Phil Hellmuth with A♦Q♣ three-bet to 14,000. Ball four-bet to 35,000 sending Lesta to the tank. He decided to five-bet to 59,000 pushing Hellmuth out of the pot. Ball took a few seconds before making the call.
The flop came 5♠7♥A♥. After a check, Lesta fired 16,000 into the hefty pot. Ball called.
The turn 5♣ fell and both players checked. The river 4♥ fell and with the scary board, both players checked again. After tabling the hands, the dealer pushed the pot to Lesta.
Phil Hellmuth raised to 4,000 in late position with 10♥6♠ and got called by Craig Sloan with A♦Q♦ leading them to the flop.
The flop came 5♠6♦4♦ which gave Hellmuth a pair and Sloan a flush draw. Both players checked. The turn 7♦ was peeled, completing Sloan's flush. Hellmuth fired 5,000 and was called by Sloan.
The river Q♣ was dealt, and Hellmuth checked. Sloan bet 8,000 and Hellmuth called. Hellmuth just watched as Sloan scooped the pot.
Breno Drumond was forced to blind off a portion of his stack in the Main Event today, as he had a final table to complete in the $2,500 Freezeout event.
Drumond ended up placing second and then immediately took his seat back in the Main.
In a recent hand, Drumond opened to 2,500 from early position and was three-bet to 7,000 by Matthew Vannortwick on the button. It was folded back to Drumond, who made it 14,000 to go. Vannortwick called.
The flop came 2♥7♥6♥ and Drumond continued for 3,200. Vannortwick wanted nothing to do with it and let his hand go — conceding the pot to Drumond, who has chipped back up to a little over a starting stack.
