Itai Seen Out by Ladies

Level 10 : Blinds 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

Diego Vazsorgatto made it 4,000 in late position. Masatoshi Itai then committed his stack of 41,000 in the hijack, which Meerwais Hussaini called in the cutoff.

Vazsorgatto let his hand go, and the cards were tabled.

Masatoshi Itai: 77 All in
Meerwais Hussaini: QQ

Itai's sevens received no help on the 69JA5 board, and he booked a late elimination on Day 2d.

Malkoun Gets Best of Three-way

Level 10 : Blinds 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

Nathan Thrush: 97All in
Peter Malkoun: 88All in
Daniel Strelitz: JJ

Malkoun had the lead with a set of eights, Strelitz had a pair of jacks and Thrush had an open-ended straight flush draw.

The turn and river came 24, to give Malhoun the huge triple-up, and send Thrush home.

Achimas Runs Out of Chips

Level 10 : Blinds 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

Robert Kim raised and Sean Perry three-bet to 10,000 which Petru Achimas called out of the small blind. Kim then jammed all-in to force out Perry, while Achimas decided to call all-in for 29,500.

Petru Achimas: Q9 All in
Robert Kim: KK

The AJ8A9 board provided no help despite the sweat advice by Aaron Zhang.

Pacheco Doubles; Eghi Busts Soon After

Level 10 : Blinds 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

On a flop of 796 and with around 50,000 in the middle, Aaron Pacheco got his 55,000 into the middle from the button with Jorge Eghi trying to bust him out of the big blind.

Aaron Pacheco: 97 All in
Jorge Eghi: 55

Pacheco had top two pair against the straight draw and set outs of Eghi. The 10 turn and 6 river were safe for Pacheco, and he doubled up through Eghi. Eghi was left with just 20,000 and eliminated in the next orbit.

Studniarz Hits Gross River

Level 10 : Blinds 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

The board read 9K57 when Jeffrey Gross moved his last 66,500 into a pot of 85,000 from the big blind.

Sylwia Studniarz was in the cutoff and deliberated her options. Eventually, she made a reluctant call to put her opponent at risk.

Jeffrey Gross: AK All in
Sylwia Studniarz: K10

Gross needed to fade just three outs to secure his double-up, but Studniarz made her two pair on the 10 river. Gross took the beat in stride, wishing his former tablemates good luck before the tournament area.

"Rather lucky than smart," Studniarz concluded as she raked in the pot.

Perry Doubles; Yancey Busts

Level 10 : Blinds 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

Sean Perry raised to 4,500 with the AJ and Valentyn Shabelnyk defended the inferior A3 from the big blind. Shabelnyk check-called for 3,000 on the J32 flop when both had a piece of it and did so again for 10,000 on the Q turn.

After the K river, Perry jammed for 25,000 and Shabelnyk asked for a count. While he was in the tank, Aaron Zhang asked for a count and during the additional time to think, Shabelnyk called with the bottom pair for Perry to double.

The action switched to Kirk Yancey on the other live stream table who was all-in against Alex Bergfors.

Kirk Yancey: 66 All in
Alex Bergfors: AK

The [AsTc5c94d] board spelled the end for Yancey.

Wilf Gets Handed a Gift

Level 10 : Blinds 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

Christopher Csik raised to 4,000 in early position and picked up a couple of callers along the way, including Bobby Boland on the button. Saar Wilf three-bet to 22,000 out of the big blind and Boland was the only player to call.

The flop came QJ6 and Wilf tossed in a couple of T-25,000 chips. Boland didn't take much time to call off the chips in front of him and the cards were tabled.

Bobby Boland: 44All in
Saar Wilf: KK

Boland was looking for two outs, but the K on the turn ruined all of those hopes after Wilf hit a set of kings. The 3 on the river was insignificant and Boland was sent to the rail.

Finstein Loses Flip, Eliminated Shortly After

Level 10 : Blinds 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

Craig Bateman raised to 5,000 in middle position, picking up a call from the player directly to his left. Action was then on Michael Finstein, who moved all in for 79,500. Finstein then called off for his remaining 66,500, and the remaining player folded.

Craig Bateman: AK All in
Michael Finstein: 88

The flop 3AQ moved Bateman into the lead, and when the turn 7 hit, Finstein stood up.

The river 7 secured the pot for Bateman, and Finstein started to walk away from the table. He was called back, though, as he had a slightly larger stack than his opponent and wasn't out.

Unfortunately for Finstein, though, he wasn't able to spin his 13,000 back up, as he was eliminated a few hands later.

Perry Gets His Wish Eventually

Level 10 : Blinds 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante
Sean Perry
Sean Perry

Robert Kim raised to 5,000 with the QJ and was called by both players in the blinds including Sean Perry in the small blind and Anton Jancaj out of the big blind with the 32. The AK10 flop was checked to Kim and he bet 12,000. Perry called and Jancaj folded.

After the 7 turn, Perry checked again and Kim pushed all-in with the marginally covering stack.

"Jesus Christ man ... how much is it?" Perry asked more table chatter of Perry followed.

"You know why I am thinking about calling you? Because I can't lose in sports recently, I am up over a million the last couple of weeks. I am just giving you a gift," Perry concluded and called.

Sean Perry: A3 All in
Robert Kim: QJ

Perry needed a club to survive but found none on the 6 river to bow out in the last level of the night.

"Gee Gee buddy, couldn't have lost to a better person. Now I got my wish too and gonna get a cold shower," he said on the way out of the live stream table.
