On a four-way flop of 9♣6♣3♠, Anthony Graham bet 2,500 with the 10♥10♦ and Scott O'Brien called with the K♠K♣.
Ruben Ybarra in the big blind then jammed for 18,300 with the Q♣8♥ and Graham called. O'Brien double-checked his cards and then folded the over pair.
The 7♦ turn and 7♠ river changed nothing and that spelled the end for Ybarra.
The action switched back to the secondary feature table on which Mike Linster was all-in after the J♠7♠4♠ flop against Martins Adeniya.

Alex Lindop raised from under the gun. Huck Seed, the 1996 main event champion, moved all in from the small blind with his last 8,000 or so chips. Lindop made the call.

Seed needed significant help and almost got it from a runout 7♣3♥10♣J♦5♣ that gave him a gutshot straight draw on the turn. It didn't get there and his main event is over.
Action picked up on the turn with a little over 8,000 in the middle in a hand between Andre Cabrini from the small blind and Linglin Zeng from the big blind.
With the board reading A♦9♣7♠Q♥, Cabrini led for 5,000 before Zeng min-raised to 10,000. Cabrini then shoved for his remaining 22,500 and Zeng snapped it off.

It was a brutal cooler with Cabrini flopping two pair, only to be drawing dead against Zeng's set of nines. The two saw the irrelevant 5♥ on the river as Cabrini left the room in unfortunate fashion.
Cards where already on their backs with Aaron Thivyanathan all in for his remaining 33,000 in the cutoff and up against Jonathan Jaffe in late position.

Thivyanathan was ahead, and he held on the 2♠J♥5♣ flop.
The 5♦ fell on the turn and Thivyanathan was looking good for a double up.
Things changed for Thivyanathan when the 10♣ came on the river as it gave Jaffe two pair, and Thivyanathan was sent to the rail midway through the second day of the tournament.
Anthony Diotte raised from middle position to 2,600, and Brian Dillion tossed out just enough to be classified as a minimum raise, meaning to just call. The floor was called, and it was deemed a minimum raise to 4,000.
Diotte then went into the tank and four-bet to 9,000. Dillion instantly moved all in, and Diotte snap called.
