Eric Wasserson quickly double-checked Mike Gorodinsky's stack before the No-Limit Hold'em portion got underway. In the second hand of NLHE, Gorodinsky limped the button and Wasseron checked.

Wasserson checked the 8♠5♣2♥ flop to Gorodinsky who bet 80,000. Wasserson slid in a call. The Q♥ turn and 10♦ river got checked and Gorodinsky won it with A♦7♥

Mike Gorodinsky raised on the button and Eric Wasserson called. The flop was Q♦10♠7♠ and Wasserson checked. Gorodinsky bet, Wasserson raised, and Gorodinsky called.

Wasserson bet the J♠ turn and 9♦ river and Gorodinsky called both times, rapidly flicking a calling chip in on the river.

"Straight," Wasseron announced, and Gorodinsky instantly tabled K♥10♣ for a straight as well. Wasserson stared at his cards for a bit, then mucked them with a hint of frustration.

"Queen-eight," he said after.

Pot-Limit Omaha

Eric Wasserson limped on the button, and Mike Gorodinsky checked in the big blind. The dealer revealed the 3♥Q♣2♠ flop, and both players checked to the J♣ turn.

Gorodinsky checked again, making the call after Wasserson fired 130,000 into the middle. Gorodinsky called to the K♣ river, leading out for 265,000. That produced a quick fold from Wasserson, and Gorodinsky raked in the pot.

Two hands later, Wasserson called on the button again, and Gorodinsky checked his big blind option.

Gorodinsky checked the A♦8♣3♦ flop, calling after Wasserson bet 60,000. Both players then checked through the 5♠ turn, and Gorodinsky led the Q♥ river with a bet of 300,000.

Wasserson let his hand go, and Gorodinsky added more chips to his stack.
