Brutal River Sees Yoon Collect from Turner

Jon Turner opened to 15,000 under the gun and Brian Yoon defended his big blind.

On the 866 flop, Yoon check-called a 20,000 bet from Turner.

The 10 turn checked through to the 9 river which saw Yoon lead for pot of 79,000. Turner took a while before he cut out a raise to 250,000.

"Okay, I just call," Yoon annnounced as he tabled 101088 for tens full.

"I didn't like the way you said that," Turner admitted as he knew he was beat as he showed 9x9x for a lesser full house.

"I couldn't bring myself to just call," Turner added.

Tsang and Griff Chop Up Cassidy

Three-way action to the AQK5 turn saw Jordan Griff and Joe Cassidy check from the blinds. Anson Tsang bet on the button, and both opponents called.

The action repeated after the 7 river, as Tsang's bet was called by Griff and Cassidy. All three hands were turned up, as they sorted out each half of the pot.

Tsang showed KJ109 for a straight, while Griff tabled 6532 for the nut low. Cassidy turned over QQ107 for a set of queens, missing out the pot as Tsang and Griff chopped it up.

On the KJ7 flop, Turner led enough to put Troha all-in for his final 39,000 and he folded after a long tank.

"Do you want to see?" Turner inquired as Troha nodded his head.

"Okay, only these three," Turner said as he turned over 10108.

"Let's sweat it together," Selbst said to Kay as she flipped over her final card. Selbst made a flush, taking down the post as Kay could only muck his hand.

The same followed on fifth as Wilkinson called a bet. Wilkinson checked after Ausmus paired sixth, but he still bet and Wilkinson called.

On seventh, Wilkinson checked once more to Ausmus who quickly fired out a bet. Wilkinson would contemplate his decision for over a minute before he cut out the call. Once he placed it in the middle, Ausmus instantly mucked his board, and Wilkinson was awarded the pot.

Kupin Makes Gutsy Call for Half

The 864 flop checked through to the Q turn as Turner led and Kupin called.

On the 5 river, Turner led once more as Kupin went into the tank with 40,000 behind — less than two bets. After a while, he closed his eyes and put the chips in the middle.
