Milly Chip Pot for Campbell

Level 23 : Blinds 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante
Demetrius Campbell
Demetrius Campbell

Gary Hasson raised from late position to 60,000 and found a call from Demetrius Campbell on the button.

The flop came 3A8. Hasson checked, and Campbell took the lead and bet out for 50,000. Hasson called.

The turn saw the A peel off, and Hassen check-called for 180,000, and the dealer rolled out the 5 as the river card.

Again, Hasson checked, and Campbell cut out a bet of 480,000 and pushed it out in front of him. Hasson went deep into the tank for a few minutes before he made the call.

Campbell tabled AQ and Hasson checked back at his cards to see if there was any chance of a chopped pot, no such luck as he flicked an ace whilst sending his cards into the muck.

Guerrero Knocks Out Nguyen

Level 23 : Blinds 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante

Boris Kolev opened with a raise to 60,000 from the button. Turbo Nguyen staged his chips and pushed all in for 265,000. Jefferson Guerrero asked how much Kolev had before he also jammed. Kolev got out of the way to set up a showdown between Nguyen and Guerrero, with Nguyen at risk.

Turbo Nguyen: AQAll in
Jefferson Guerrero: 66

The flop gave Nguyen additional outs as it came 4KJ.

The turn shut down a lot of Nguyen's equity when the 6 rolled over to give Montejo a set.

The Q river paired Nguyen, but it was not enough as Montejo eliminated Nguyen from the tournament.

Michael Jozoff opened from early position before Richard Pyne put in his last 125,000. Jozoff called to put Pyne at risk.

Richard Pyne: AQAll in
Michael Jozoff: AK

Jozoff had Pyne in rough shape with the better ace. The flop gave each player a piece, but it gave Jozoff the bigger piece as it came Q5K.

The turn turned the tide in Pyne's favor as it came the Q.

The river was painful for Pyne as it came the 4 to give Jozoff a flush and end Pyne's tournament run.
