Small One for Aido

Level 22 : Blinds 75,000/150,000, 150,000 ante

Martin Zamani raised to 425,000 from the small blind and Sergio Aido defended his big blind.

The A108 flop checked through to the K turn which saw Zamani lead for 400,000 and Aido called.

The 3 river also checked through as Zamani announced Qx3x before Aido showed A2 for the winner with top pair.

"I had a good bluffing hand," explained Zamani, "But was I really gonna to say 'three million' against Aido?"

Maue Finds the Call

Level 21 : Blinds 60,000/120,000, 120,000 ante

Leonard Maue started the action with a raise to 240,000 from under the gun. Both Manuel Fritz and Sam Soverel made the call, from the cutoff and button, respectively.

All three players checked on the 9Q7 flop. Maue checked again on the 8 turn, prompting Fritz to put out a bet of 425,000. Soverel folded, but Maue called.

The dealer then provided the 5 river, which Maue checked again. Fritz put out another bet of 900,000, which put Maue into the blender. After taking some time to rethink the action, Maue decided to make the call.

Fritz tabled A10 for just ace-high, and Maue showed AA, earning him the pot.
