Action folded to Mikhail Zavoloka in the hijack and he opened to 600,000. Jacopo Achille responded with a three-bet to 1,800,000 from the cutoff. After a brief pause, Zavoloka moved all in, putting Achille at risk. Achille double-checked his cards, then made the call.

Mikhail Zavoloka: 1010

Achille was trailing preflop and needed to connect with the board to stay alive. The flop came QJQ, giving him a gutshot and several backdoor outs but no immediate help.

The 6 on the turn kept Zavoloka ahead, but the K on the river changed everything, giving Achille top pair and the winning hand. He scored a massive double-up and brought himself to the top of the chip counts.
