Nasreddine Puts the Pressure on Takahashi

Level 11 : Blinds 1,000/2,500, 2,500 ante

With the pot at over 60,000, the flop read 1059 and Rania Nasreddine in the small blind checked to Yuya Takahashi, who was under the gun and bet out for 7,000.

Both players checked the 10 that came on the turn and saw the Q come on the river. Nasreddine cranked it up a bit and led out for 44,000, which put Takahashi deep into the tank for 3-4 minutes. He eventually released his cards, and the pot was sent to Nasreddine with no showdown.

Bohn Spikes a Pair, Eliminates Two

Level 11 : Blinds 1,000/2,500, 2,500 ante

Julian Bonorris opened for 5,500 under the gun and got a three-bet from Blake Bohn on the button to 20,000. Joshua Zucchet, in the small blind with only 1,000 behind, threw in his last chip for an all-in.

With action back to him, Bonorris mulled over his situation before announcing all-in for around 35,000. Bohn snap-called, taking all three players to showdown.

The window card of the flop K29 pushed Bohn immediately ahead. The runout 98 didn't help any of the other players, sending Zucchet and Bonnoris together to the rail. With his boost in chips, Bohn was informing the table he was looking forward to what the day would bring.
