Tomescu Doubles Through Yee Again

Andrew Yee opened to 330,000 on the button and got a three-bet shove for around 1,000,000 from the player to his immediate left, George Tomescu.

Slightly peeved that they were heads-up again, Yee made the call taking them to showdown.

In a blind versus blind situation, Michel Molenaar raised and Hang Xu called.

The flop came J♣9♣7♠ and Molenaar bet 200,000, which Xu called and both checked on the 2♣ bturn.

The 4♦ hit the river and Molenaar bet 450,000. Xu thought about it for some time and eventually called, showing 8♣7♥ for a pair of sevens and Molenaar sent his cards into the muck.

Ian O'Hara raised in middle position to 200,000 and got called by Andrew Robinson in the big blind to go see a fold 7♣K♥2♦. Robinson called O'Hara's continuation for 125,000.

The turn was the 6♦ and this time Robinson check-folded after O'Hara bet 420,000.

In a blind versus blind pot, the flop read 9♥2♠3♠ when Andrew Yee checked and George Tomescu bet 190,000. Yee tanked and raised to 475,000. Tomescu shoved for around 2,260,000 and Yee called with slightly less:

On the 4♥ turn, Tomescu bet 185,000 and Lo ended up calling.

The river showed a 6♦ and Tomescu made a small bet of 130,000. Lo went deep into the tank and released his cards into the muck.

Tamer Alkamli opened to 240,000 under the gun and was called by Ankit Ahuja in hijack. Jordan Schneible three-bet to 935,000 leaving behind 25,000. Alkamli folded but Ahuja decided to four-bet all in prompting Schneible to throw his remaining chips in.

It was looking positive for Schneible as the hands were tabled as he was ahead with ace-high. He started packing his things, however, when the flop dropped K♣K♥4♥. Drawing dead, he wished the table good luck as the dealer completed the board with a runout 9♠7♣.
