Another day begins at Horseshoe and Paris Las Vegas, where players are chasing one of the final World Series of Poker gold bracelets of the summer. Out of a field of 3,797 entries, which generated a total prize pool of $10,137,990, 219 of them are still in contention to win the Event #89: $3,000 Mid-Stakes Championship No-Limit Hold'em bracelet and $1,189,408 top prize.

Leading the way into Day 3 is Javier Zarco, who bagged a massive stack of 2,180,000 chips. He’s followed closely by Andres Fajardo with 2,075,000, while Joaquin Pacha is third in chips with 1,903,500.

Others must not be forgotten like Ankit Ahuja (1,420,000), Punnat Punsri (1,220,000), Chino Rheem (1,085,000), Simon Wilson (985,000) and Hugues Girard (565,000), who will look to follow in the footsteps of fellow countryman Clément Richez, the defending champion of this event.

Play is set to resume at 1 p.m. local time to Level 20 with blinds of 10,000/ 20,000 and 20,000 big blind ante. They are expected to play ten more 60-minute levels, with a 60-minute dinner break at around 7:30 p.m. Everyone returning is guaranteed at least $8,357, and by the end of the day, the field should be close to the final table.
