Abdallah Hits Quads... Kind of

Level 24 : Blinds 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante

Jose Nadal limped from under the gun, and Paul Gunness made the call from the cutoff. George Abdallah then potted to 220,000 on the button off a short stack. Only Gunness called.

On the A64 flop, Gunness checked and Abdallah announced, "all-in," simultaneously. Gunness got out of there as quickly as possible, and Abdallah showed AAA.

"Quads!" joked Gunness.

Nacho Barbero opened to 115,000 from under the gun, and Tony Sinishtaj made the call in the cutoff. Anik Ajmera came along in the big blind, and the 562 flop was fanned out.

Ajmera checked to Barbero, who continued for 200,000. Sinishtaj then raised to 520,000, with Ajmera getting out of the way. Barbero also let his hand go, and Sinishtaj took down the pot.
