Rosengarten, Prociak Co-Lead $3,000 T.O.R.S.E. as Bracelet-Laden Field Returns for Day 2
Last night, the inaugural $3,000 T.O.R.S.E. event debuted for those craving more mixed-game action — minus the often-maligned game of Limit Hold'em. Despite the 2025 World Series of Poker ending in less than one week, the event still drew an impressive 522 entrants eager to participate in the last non-high roller mixed-game event of the summer.
Following 12 Levels of play, 159 players remain and will return to the Horseshoe Convention Center today at 1 p.m. for Day 2. Co-leading the field with 355,500 each are Robert Rosengarten and David Prociak. However, their chip lead is far from secure, as several players will be within striking distance from the get-go, including Ryan Hughes (337,000), Nick Guagenti (334,000), Nicolas Milgrom (330,5000), and John Monnette (308,000) — all of whom trail by fewer than five big bets.

Play will resume on Level 13, which features 2,500/5,000 blinds for limit games, a 2,000 bring-in and 5,000 completion for Stud games, and 5,000/10,000 betting limits for all variants. Levels will continue to last 60-minutes each and breaks will be held after every two hours of play. An extended 60-minute dinner break will be held at the end of Level 18 (~7:30 p.m.)
