The flop came 7♥J♦5♥ pushing Gut ahead with a set and a potential double up but the turn A♣ returned the lead to Yoon leaving Gut to hope for a miracle. The river 5♠ didn't help Gut at all sending him out to the payout counter.

The A♦ turn then moved him into the lead, and when the dealer added the 8♦ river to the board, the pot was pushed Young's way as Cho headed to the exit.

Hye Park made it 900,000 from under the gun with just 500,000 remaining in his stack. Lok Chan three-bet to 1,800,000 from the hijack, and when it folded back to Park, he called for the remainder of his stack.

Park was in trouble against Chan's pocket tens, and needed to find an ace to survive. The dealer delivered a flop of 10♦5♦5♠ to give Chan a boat and leave Park almost drawing dead. The rest of the board came J♦3♥, and Park headed to the nearest exit.

Adrian Tivadar bet 1,400,000 leaving one 25,000-chip behind. When action folded to Lyubomir Mandev, in the small blind, he asked for a count then announced all-in. Tivadar threw his last chip in for a call.

Mandev was ahead until the flop came 9♠8♣Q♥ instantly giving Tivadar the lead with a straight. The runout 3♣Q♦ didn't change anything. Tivadar scooped the pot for a double up.

In the final hand before the break, Victor Caballero raised to 320,000 from the hijack before Grant Yarbrough three-bet to 500,000 on the button. Aware of impending pay jumps, Yarbrough had left himself 225,000 behind.

When the action folded back to Caballero, he moved all in, and after a minute had passed, Yarbrough made the call, apologising for tanking.

The flop had something for everyone, coming out K♥9♥A♠. Top two pair for Yarbrough and a pair and a flush draw for Caballero.

The turn 2♥ shot Cabellero into the lead, and when the river 8♥ didn't provide a full house for Yarbrough, he said his goodbyes and headed to the exit.
