Baum Squeezes Value
Level 3
: Blinds 200/400, 400 ante
John Johnson raised to 1,500 in the hijack, which both Erik Baum and Stephen McCulloch called in the cutoff and small blind.
The action checked through on the A♦A♥5♠ flop, but when it checked to Johnson for a second time, he bet 3,000. Baum raised to 6,000, which forced McCulloch out, but Johnson called.
The 10♥ river completed the board, and Johnson check-called another bet of just 3,000.
Baum flipped over A♠Q♥ for trips, and Johnson mucked his cards.
