George Checks Back a Boat
Level 29
: Blinds 100,000/150,000, 150,000 ante
Heads-up on a flop of 9♠3♦Q♠, Christopher George bet 300,000 from early position and Patrick Leonard called in the big blind.
Leonard led out for 575,000 on the Q♦ turn, and George called. Leonard then checked the 3♣ river, and George checked back.
Leonard instantly mucked, and George showed 9♣9♦ for a full house. "Annoying turn bet," George said.
