Francisco Fragoso raised to 200,000 on the button and Ralph Perry three-bet jammed in the big blind. Fragoso shrugged and called with a stack of around 2,500,000.

On the livestream, David Kluchman under the gun opened to 200,000 with J♣10♣. Congya Zhang in middle position three-bet to 530,000 with A♦5♦ and Kluchman called.
Zhang continued for 350,000 on the 2♦7♠9♠ flop. Kluchman quickly check-called and checked the 2♠ turn. Zhang checked back.
The 5♥ landed on the river and Kluchman led out for 1,000,000. Zhang went deep into the tank and called with two pair to take the pot.
Not long after Jacob Thibodeau doubled through Xingyu Liu by cracking aces, they were heads-up on a flop of 4♥J♠2♠.
Thibodeau checked to Liu, who bet 225,000. Thibodeau then check-raised to 600,000 and Liu called.
Both players checked on the J♦ turn, but Thibodeau announced he was all-in after the 3♣ completed the board.
Liu re-checked his cards and committed his last 1,800,000 into the middle. Thibodeau turned over 6♠5♣ for a rivered straight and Liu showed he held Q♣J♣ for trip jacks to be eliminated.
"Unlucky," Liu said as he exited the tournament area.
Jason Kornegay checked the 10♠5♠3♣K♥ turn from the big blind to Junjie Tang on the button. Tang bet 450,000 in a pot not much larger than that, and Kornegay called.
Kornegay checked again on the Q♣ river. Tang pushed in a bet of roughly 700,000, but before the number could even be announced, Kornegay announced a raise to 3,000,000.
Tang quickly folded, showing his K♦. Kornegay tabled A♠J♠ in return, showing he had rivered the nuts.
Cade Lautenbacher raised to 200,000 under the gun before Farid Jattin moved all in for 410,000 in the cutoff. "Let's gamble," Lautenbacher said as he called.

The 9♦6♠3♣ flop kept Jattin in the lead with his ace, while the turn came the 6♣. "One more like that. Actually, put any heart," he said to the dealer, who flipped over the 4♣ on the river and awarded Jattin the double-up.
At another table, Zhao Liu had bet enough from the big blind to put Bahar Musa all-in on a board of A♦K♣J♦Q♦, and Musa tanked for a few minutes before calling for 950,000 under the gun.
Liu showed A♣5♣, while Musa had A♥K♦ for two pair. The river was the 9♦, and Musa also stayed alive.
Mindaugas Jonaitis got his shorter stack into the middle preflop and was looked up by Will Givens in what turned out to be the following coin flip.

Givens took the lead on the Q♥9♦7♣ flop while the 8♥ turn gave Jonaitis some additional hope with the gutshot. However, the 9♠ river was of no help and Jonaitis was sent to the rail.
Xingyu Liu opened to 205,000 from early position and Jacob Thibodeau shoved for 1,750,000 total from the hijack. Action folded back to Liu, who quickly put in a single chip to indicate a call to put Thibodeau at risk.

Liu had Thibodeau crushed with aces, but the 5♥K♥6♠ flop gave Liu a sweat against Thibodeau's pair of kings.
The K♣ turn vaulted Thibodeau into the lead with trips, and the Q♣ river needlessly improved him further to a full house.
"Let's fu**ing go! C'mon now!" Thibodeau said as he shot up from his seat.
Liu, who started the day third in chips with 9,025,000, is now down to just 2,450,000.
At the main feature table, DJ Sharma in middle position opened to 200,000 with A♥J♦. Maxime Chilaud in the hijack three-bet to 600,000 with A♠J♣, then Mario Boos in the big blind four-bet to 1,250,000 with K♠K♥.
Sharma quickly folded while Chilaud checked his cards before folding as well.
Bahar Musa opened to 200,000 from early position and Wesley Fei called in the cutoff.
Musa checked on the flop of 6♠5♠7♠ and Fei bet 175,000. Musa called. Musa check-called again on the 7♥ turn as Fei bet 375,000.
Both players checked on the 5♣ river and Musa showed A♣K♠, which was no good against the 9♠9♥ of Fei.
Abhishek Goindi moved all in for 1,300,000 from under the gun and Romain Lewis asked for a count, then called two seats over. All other players folded and they turned over the cards.
