Tepeh Can't Get it Through

Level 27 : Blinds 50,000/100,000, 100,000 ante

Action was picked up on a flop of 528 with 1,200,000 in the middle, and three bettor Eugene Zhou had placed in a continuation bet of 400,000. Middle position raiser Tjan Tepeh put in the call, and the two went off to an A turn.

Here, Zhou slowed down with a check, and Tepeh checked back, leading both players to the K river.

Zhou bet out again, for 450,000. Tepeh then announced "all in," which put Zhou into the blender. He asked for a count, and the bet totalled 2,790,000. A wrong call would've left him incredibly short, and he pondered the decision for a good few minutes. He finally put in the call, and Tepeh showed 66 for an airball. Zhou's top two with AK was enough to scoop a massive pot.
