Back-Raise From Manzi Turns Profitable

Level 31 : Blinds 120,000/240,000, 240,000 ante

Paul Vang raised from late position to 500,000, Scott Manzi called from the hijack, and Valentin Vornicu put in the squeeze and three-bet from the big blind to 1,850,000. Vang folded. Manzi, who had been reraised several hands before, took a stand and four-bet all in for 7,385,000.

Vornicu went into the tank for a few minutes and eventually called.

Scott Manzi: 66 All in
Valentin Vornicu: A10

The back-raise proved profitable for Manzi with the board of Q74K2, and his pair of sixes played.

Manzi stated, "Well, I figured you had an ace, but I also figured he folded an ace."
