Kevin Eyster raised from early position to 2,400,000, Joao Simao called from the small blind, and Nikolaos Angelou called from the big blind. The flop was 2♠K♥J♥, and both of the blinds checked to Eyster, who bet 2,500,000. Only Simao continued to the turn.

On the 10♣ turn, Eyster kept up the aggression after Simao checked again with a bet of 7,500,000. Simao thought for a minute and then moved all in for 20,000,000. Eyster called quickly.

The river 8♣ did not change the set-over-set action and Eyster eliminated Simao in one of the biggest pots of the tournament so far.
