Dicarlo Outboats Alsup
Level 46
: Blinds 4,000,000/8,000,000, 8,000,000 ante
Salvatore Dicarlo woke up with number two, and opened to 16,000,000 with K♥K♣. Richard Alsup defended holding Q♦J♠, and the two saw a flop of A♦5♠A♣. Alsup checked, Dicarlo bet 8,000,000, and Alsup called.
The J♦ turn improved Alsup's hand massively, and this time he check-called a bet of 22,000,000. The river A♥ improved both players to boats, and Alsup checked for a third time. Dicarlo went big, with 85,000,000 his sizing. Alsup pondered for a while, and stuck in the call, becoming a three-to-one dog once more in this battle.
