Alcindor Keeps His Foot on the Gas

Level 29 : Blinds 60,000/120,000, 120,000 ante

Sang Shin limped from the cutoff, Scott Abrams limped the button, and Christopher Alcindor checked his option in the big blind.

On the K76 flop, Alcindor led for 380,000 and only Abrams called.

The turn brought the 9 as Alcindor fired again, this time for 850,000, and Abrams put in the call after a minute's tank.

On the 3 river, Alcindor emptied the clip, moving all-in for roughly 1,975,000.

Abrams flipped over the A, joking, "Doesn't this scare you?" as he folded.

"Not after you show it," Alcindor replied as he tabled just the 22 from his hand.
