Briant Alavez opened to 120,000 from the cutoff, and Yaniv Peretz called on the button. Erwann Pecheux also defended from the small blind, taking the players three-way to the flop.

The dealer placed the J♥8♠Q♣ flop, and action checked around to the Q♥ turn. Pecheux checked to Alavez, who asked for 200,000. This was enough to take the pot and give him a small chip-up.
